- The framework agreement consists of the supply of medical gases (oxygen). This according to the "milk farmer" principle. Offered empty oxygen bottles are exchanged for full ones. In addition, the supplier is proactive in increasing the stock if the "market situation" requires it. For example witha national picture of increasing corona infections.
The framework agreement is entered into for a period of at least 4 years. After that, the contracting authority has the option to extend the framework agreement twice for a period of 1 year. The effective date of the framework agreementis 1 februari 2023.
