- Description: The Customer Care Center from Tennet wants to be able to focus more on customer questions and therefore seeks professional support from a service center that handles consumers. TenneT therefore wishes to contract a call center that takes care of TenneT inbound e-mails and telephone calls by answering them too substantively (in English or in Dutch) or by referring to the right persons within the Tennet organization. In the new situation, TenneT expects a partnership in which not only operational tasks are taken off, but also a proactive attitude to reduce the inbound e-mails, telephone conversations and referrals by signaling repetitive goods and offering a concrete (innovative) solution. The call center offers a team with higher educated technical (MBO or higher) employees (also with a distance to the labor market) who are able to answer or develop questions from citizens to that level within a reasonable period of time.
