Description: The assignment consists of four parts:
1. Delivering managed services, actually taking over and maintaining the current VDI environment.
From there, the Contractor, in line with the strategy for the digital workplace of 2030 (Appendix 9), starts the transformation to the digital workplace together with the client. In that transformation, the following parts are added to the assignment:
2. Providing (technical) support to the Microsoft365 environment and projects where various parts (Office, Network Storage) migrate to the Microsoft Cloud.
3. Delivering, maintaining and further development and implementing a standard solution for the future Digital Workplace (EVI) in the organization with the ultimate goal of lifting the VDI environment.
4. Providing SIEM/SOC services (obligation in the context of the BIO: Appendix 2b).
