- In summary, the Assignment concerns the Oracle management of (still) lagging database, middleware and ODA environments of the participants in ICT-WBW. Optional, that is to say, without any obligation for ICT-WBW to do so, ICT-WBW considers during the term of the Service Agreementa phased transition from the existing Oracle environments to DBaaS, with matching Oracle management. With regard to this assignment, the participants in ICT-WBW are the municipalities of Etten-Leur, Moerdijk, Roosendaal and Tholen, as well as Werkplein HVBW.
