Description:
The agreement consists of the delivery (hardware) and subscription (software and updates) for the management and registration of the opium laws and is entered into with one supplier. An initial term of 4 years applies to this agreement, followed by the option to the agreement three times withtwo years to extend. The agreement then ends by operation of law. For the GGD BZO it is important to work together for a longer period. Reasons why the agreement is entered into for a longer period are:

Expected technical lifespan of the cupboards of 10 years, or longer.

The automation system isSpecifically tailored to the physical cupboards and vice versa. It is not possible to connect a physical cupboard to another software system.
