Description: 1. The Contractor must be able to test 1 to a maximum of 3,000 people per day at 4 locations in the Limburg Noord region on Covid 19. This tests has happened from 4 fixed locations in the Limburg North region and from so-called mobile Units in the same region;
2. Executive must be able to carry out tests (including "mobile testing") of this size fully independently and under your own direction and management (including the full thus projector organization).
3. The pace of scaling is determined by national policy.
4. Executive must meet "the guide locations guide locations at any time".
5. The services to be supplied and organization to be delivered to the Contractor must demonstrably robust as well as flexible in the sense that the Contractor can at all times deliver the requested service requirement to the stipulated maximum.
