- The assignment relates to the risk-bearing and sustainable management and operation of the Dommelbad, the associated catering facility and other space(s) as described in the PoE (appendix 1 to this tender document). The accommodation is and remains the property of the Municipality of Boxtel.
Swimming poolad
The Dommelbad is a sustainable and energy-efficient swimming pool. There are three swimming pools:
a competition pool of 25x20 meters with a stand over the length of the pool;
a target group pool of 20x10 meters in a separate room next to the competition pool;
and a recreational pool with a large slideof 59 meters long and a paddling pool with a small slide and water sprinklers.
Catering
The accommodation is equipped with a catering facility that is under the responsibility of the operator. This must comply with the legal frameworks, including the Bibob Act.
Other space(s)
Vanof the other rooms, one is now furnished as a gym. This space can be given the same or a different purpose (in consultation with the client). This is entirely at the operator's own expense and risk.
The service includes all work necessary to keep the swimming pool clean.to successfully exploit it and thus realize a swimming water supply for the associations in the municipality of Boxtel and recreational swimming water for the residents of the municipality and surrounding areas.
