Description:
In the Basic Agreement Wmojeugd2020, agreements between the municipality and the provider are made about the preconditions that a provider must meet in order to provide support in Nissewaard under the Youth Act and/or Social Support Act from 1 January 2020. The basic agreement is supplemented by one or more implementation agreements. Only parties who have signed both the basic agreement as well as one or more implementation agreements and the processing agreement may provide support in Nissewaard from 1 January 2020. All relevant reports and documents regarding the open house procedure WMO Youth 2020 in Nissewaard can be found at https://www.nissewaard.nl/zorgenwelzijn/openhousewmojeugd.htm.
