In the basic agreement Wmo-Youth2020, agreements are made between the municipality and the provider about the preconditions that a provider must meet in order to provide support in Nissewaard under the Youth Act and/or the Social Support Act from 1 January 2020.supplemented by one or more implementation agreements. Only parties that have signed both the basic agreement and one or more implementation agreements and the processing agreement may provide support in Nissewaard from 1 January 2020.
