TenneT wants to contract a (1) supplier who makes an online booking platform available for Tennet for reserving external meeting locations and associated services:
• A market party that provides reservations of external meeting locations/event locations with any therebybelonging group of hotel stays, transport, dinners, lunches, breakfast, and meeting catering by means of an online booking platform;
• A monthly overview with booked locations and costs incurred in a format to be specified;Use of TenneT meeting locations Before an external meeting location is reserved;
• A proactive attitude and communication of the supplier in all areas;
