Description : TenneT TSO B.V. is appointed by the Dutch government as the offshore grid operator. In this role, in order to accommodate the offshore wind development agenda, TenneT has developed, and will continue to develop, an extensive project portfolio. TenneT is responsible for engineering, procurement, installation, construction and operation of the connections between the offshore wind farms (through a converter platform) to the onshore network. The various connections that will be developed require survey works.The purpose of this tender procedure is to conclude multiple framework agreements with suppliers of geophysical and geotechnical surveys for platform locations (work package 1), and geophysical and geotechnical route surveys (work package 2), that are to be performed for TenneT TSO B.V. during the development and construction phase of the various connections.Geophysical and geotechnical surveys for platform locations (work package 1) that are to be performed for TenneT TSO GmbH. during the development and construction phase of the various connections may also be performed under this framework agreement.
