Description:
1.IntroductionThe International Criminal Court (ICC) seeks to establish a long term 5-years (1 2 2) agreement for provision of office supplies, office paper and desktop printer toners through 4 types of services as follows : A traditional online ordering system (web-shop) where orders are placed from an extensive catalogue of items and delivered to a central point. Please note that during the tender we will ask for samples of the standard items and access to the web-shop platform to evaluate the ease of use, and that English language will be required on the front end of the system. A reduced (approx. 150 200 items) catalogue of items for which pre-selected focal points of the court will be able to order directly from the vendor. This includes the HP (or Equivalent toners). Please note that HP provides discounts to the ICC by way of the current vendor. A system by which the vendor willmaintain the court supplies' cabinets stocked with a standardised catalogue of items. The vendor will replenish these cabinets on an agreed schedule. The delivery persons will be vetted and entrance cards to the Court cannot be exchanged amongst delivery agents. Annual purchase of A4 paper with several delivery options, i.e. quarterly delivery of 2000 reams per delivery. And when needed urgent delivery option (within 4 weeks) for 200 reams per delivery). The vendor will provide the ICC Office Supply coordinator with the admin access rights to the Webshop, a direct helpdesk contact during working hours and monthly management reports with regards to usage. As an option (not obligatory), the vendor will be able to provide the following articles: Basic office furniture ICC branded promotional items (i.e. pens, cups, hats, etc.) If possible, please inform us of possibility to provide embosseditems such as Leather-bound journals with specific ICC dates and holidays.
