- SRO intends to offer employees a lease bike scheme to be able to provide for the various mobility needs of employees, to make a sustainable way of transport and exercise attractive for employees in the context of vitality and sustainable employability. By offering a scheme for a lease bike, SRO wants to offer an (extra) employment condition for employees. SRO also has to do with shortage on the labor market and wants to offer a distinctive employment condition in addition to the employment conditions from the collective labor agreement (Vermo and swimming pools). In addition, the lease bike can contribute to stimulating exercise among employees to support vitality and it is an environmentally friendly option that contributes to sustainable mobility.
