The client aims to outsource the occupational health and safety services based on their vision on absenteeism: We strive for vital employees where decisiveness, involvement and responsibility ensure a good balance between load and capacity. Safety, health, vitality and well-being are a shared interest and therefore a joint responsibility of the employee and the employer. Illness and absenteeism can never be completely prevented.
