Description:
The basic package that is expected from the occupational health and safety service provider consists of: · The processing of absenteeism data; · Supervising (partially) absent employees; · An active participation in the social medical consultation; · Delivering and discussing an annual report and a half -year report; · A weekly consultation hour for absent employees and managers; · A preventive consultation hour for employees who are not sick but want an appointment with a company doctor or task history; · Medical examinations; · Specified privacy -proof invoicing. In addition, the Contractor is expected to actively support managers in carrying out their role in their own management model and advises solicited and unsolicited and advises on improvements with regard to the absenteeism process and prevention, amplition and sustainable employability.
