Description:
Providing cleaning services and window cleaning for O.R.S. Lek and Linge in Culemborg and Geldermalsen (6 locations). The total floor area to be kept clean is approximately 33,900 m2. The total number of m2 of double-sided window cleaning measured is approximately 16,700 m2. Due to the expiring contract, the obligation to tender for the Contract at European level, the efficient use of public funds and the wish of the Contracting Authority to have one solution for the Client's locations, to conclude a contract with one Contractor, it has been decided to start this Tender Procedure and to launch the cleaning maintenance and window cleaning services on the market as of November 1, 2026.
