- The aim of this tender is to select construction team members for the renovation of building De Cubicus. Due to the nature, complexity and interfaces of the work, and for maximum coordination between the client, the architectural and installation technical advisers (electrical engineering andMechanical engineering), a construction team has been chosen. The Cubicus includes different building components. The building consists of different wings. The entire building falls within the project. Total approximately 7,500 m2 GFA. The construction team must come up with integral and smart, with construction and installation costsAnd nuisance for users must be in balance. This requires intensive cooperation between all plots and the university.
