Description: the UMCs intend to have one agreement with one entrepreneur for the delivery of narrow configuration and a plasma storage facility. Pay Pay Per Use (PPU) (plot 1) and one agreement with one entrepreneur for the delivery of blood downturesets and logistics services o.b.v. Pay per use (PPU) (plot 2). Both agreements - after final award to close by UMC - a duration of five (5) years from starting implementation phase 1 April 2023.
