Description:
The purpose of this tender is to conclude a service contract for regular and specific cleaning work for the JRC Petten.
The services include (mainly, but not limited to):
- regular cleaning work, mainly cleaning maintenance of the various office buildings, the grounds, laboratories, storage and technical areas, including some periodic tasks such as cleaning of floors, rent including cleaning of hygiene boxes, intensive cleaning of the clubhouse, etc.
- periodic cleaning work such as: window cleaning (inside and outside), cleaning the solar panels on the roofs, floor maintenance (stripping and preserving), cleaning fixtures, etc.
- ad hoc cleaning on call when the need arises, such as more intensive cleaning of part of a building or room after (construction) work has taken place, cleaning some small apartments in Alkmaar that are managed by the JRC, high-pressure cleaning work, etc.
