- The UMCs (University Medical Centers in the Netherlands) have taken out individual fire insurance for their properties, such as buildings, installations, operating equipment/inventory, goods, operating costs/business damage, additional costs, etc. In addition to a primary (basic) insuranceg, several excess layers have also been purchased for the UMCs. The primary (basic) fire insurance is purchased through this tender procedure. The primary (basic) fire insurance for the seven UMCs is based on extensive hazard coverage and/or "All Risks" coverage. The chosen ownerand risks differ per UMC. The contracting authority wants several service providers to participate in this fire insurance. In this context, only partial registration is possible
