Description:
The municipality of Putten intends to realize a new, future -proof indoor sports accommodation at Sportpark Putter Eng. This sports provision is being developed in collaboration with sports clubs and other local stakeholders, and meets the need for modern sports facilities for Breeding, education and gymnastics associations.
The assignment includes the realization of a sports accommodation consisting of two sports halls and a gymnastics hall, Including the technical and architectural activities, based on an already drawn up final design (DO). The terrain device falls outside the scope of this assignment. The work will take place in two phases: a construction team phase based on DNR followed by a realization phase e.g. UAV 2012.
The assignment is put out to tender through a European non-public procedure with a pre-selection. This approach was chosen based on a prior Market consultation. This showed, among other things, that market parties benefit from clarity about the suitability requirements and the number of competitors, and that the project requires specific experience in the field of multifunctional sports facilities and cooperation in construction teams.
The tendering procedure is set up in such a way that it is first determined which candidates meet the grounds for exclusion and suitability requirements.
