- Description:
- The assignment concerns the realization of a new NS Logistics Center in Berkel-Enschot on the vacant site of approximately 20,000 m2 at Atelierstraat 4. The site is owned by NS Vastgoed. The NS Component Company (NCB) is housed on this site. There is a former farm on the siteg "deer shed". Part of the assignment is that this deer shed will be demolished. In addition, there is an environmental square on the site of which, as part of the assignment, the building and underlying concrete slab must be "shortened".
The new NS Logistics Center will be located opposite the existingloading dock of the NS Componentenbedrijf (NCB) will be realized. The NS Logistics Center will have a gross floor area of 14,335 m2 with a height of 13.8 meters (equal to NCB). The sprinkler system will be connected to the existing NCB installation(pompen en sprinklertank).
