- The assignment concerns the realization of a new NS Logistics Center in Berkelenschot on the wasteland of approximately 20,000 m2 on Atelierstraat 4. The site is owned by NS Vastgoed. The NS Component Company (NCB) is housed on this site. There is a former "deer shed" on the site. Part of the assignment is that this deer shed is being demolished. In addition, there is an environmental square on the site that, as part of the assignment, the building and underlying concrete slab must be shortened. The new NS Logistics Center will be realized opposite the existing Loading Dock of the NS Component Company (NCB). The NS Logistics Center will have a size of 14,335 m2 gross floor area with a height of 13.8 meters (equal to NCB). For the sprinkler installation, it will be connected to the existing NCB installation (pumps and sprinklert tank).
