Tender through the European restricted procedure in accordance with Chapter 3 of the ARW 2016.
Client

Assignment
The The municipality of Breda is developing a new MFA (Multi Functional Accommodation) in the village of Bavel. The new MFA consists of a sports hall (replacing the existing De Huif sports hall), a cultural hall, a catering facility and various associated spaces.
The assignment essentially concerns:
the work preparation and producing the Execution-Ready Design;
carrying out the new construction of the MFA with a size of approximately 4100 m2 GFA;
carrying out site work, or making the land ready for habitation (approx. 2,000 m2);
the maintenance period is 12 months;
additional is the maintenance of the installations part of the assignment for 24 months, with a subsequent 2 x 12-month optional extension;
