The existing Albertine Agneschool in Oranjewoud is due for replacement. That is why the municipality of Heerenveen, together with the School Board Ambion and Kinderopvang Kinderwoud, will realize a new childcare center in Oranjewoud. The project has been given the title "KC Albertine Agnes". KC Albertine Agnes has a total gross floor area of approximately 1300 m². The new situation will be realized at the current location of the Albertine Agneschool: Prins Bernhardweg 33, Oranjewoud. The users of the childcare center are: Albertine Agneschool Kinderopvang Kinderwoud The scope for the realization of KC Albertine Agnes consists of the following parts: 1. The realization of the "KC Albertine Agnes"; 2. The demolition of the existing Albertine Agneschool; 3. The realization of the (school) site, incl.: Storage room, bicycle parking facilities and parking facilities; This tender only (1) concerns the realization of the building in 2 plots.
