Description: The project goal is designing, realizing and possibly maintaining a new harbor variety center. It is a completely energy neutral building (ENG), whereby 100% renewable energy is provided in the energy requirement of the building that is generated itself. The center is housed in a new building on Maasvlakte 2. The size of the center is approximately 3 500 m2 of COV.
In addition to the main building, an outbuilding is also made up of 24 recycled containers. Herein, some technique rooms for sprinkler, transformer and heat pump, a workplace, waste space and storage areas are accommodated.
The layout of the entire outdoor space and providing all necessary utilities are also among the scope of this tender. The vacant surface that is set up as outdoor space covers approximately 10,000 m2.
Optionally, multi-year maintenance of the realized is requested.
