Description:
This project includes the design, development and realization of a recreation center based on a UAVgc agreement (Design & Build). The demand specification that will be sent with the invitation to tender in the next phase of the tender (award phase) consists of, in addition to the Schedule of Requirements, an integration study and a draft development plan. The functional design will therefore be provided in basic form. The new recreation center should completely replace the existing complex at the same location. Since the aim is to keep the existing swimming pools and sports hall open during the new construction, it has been decided to swap the location of the indoor pool and the outdoor pools. By carrying out the construction in phases, the covered part can be built at the location of the outdoor pools. After completion, the old building will be demolished, after which the outdoor pools will be built there.
