SURF provides a contractor who provides a stable service to SURF customers, by taking responsibility for 24x7 monitoring of the network, handling disruptions and implementing changes in the network. Innovation on the software and processes used in collaboration with SURF aims to continuously improve efficiency and quality. Good mutual cooperation between the contractor and surf is important. On a daily basis this is about the implementation of the standard processes. In addition, the tactical and strategic cooperation to monitor and improve services where possible.
