Description:
The aim of this tender is to contract entrepreneurs who are capable of supplying high -quality expertise at the intersection of traffic engineering and data and IT, including explicit algorithmic, machine learning, artificial intelligence and data science. This stems from the need to continue to follow, use and apply recent and ongoing innovations in the field of ICT, including the portfolios, NDW, National Road Sap and National Access Point for Mobility. In addition to the internal stakeholders, the cooperation will also be actively sought and the framework agreement is available on condition for, development and research programs and initiatives, such as Dittlab and RWSDatalab. Framework contractors will become part of the "NDSS Society", this is a society in which, in addition to the framework contractors, the portfolios of NDW, partners within the NDW network, and related organizations share knowledge about innovations in particular in the mobility area.
