- This framework agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement, includes the on-demand delivery of LED Retrofit Packages for the replacement of lighting in signage boards with LED at all train stations in the Netherlands. The Agreement has a fixed term of 8 years. The maximum term kothis equates to 8 years. The fixed term is based on the period required to obtain the supplies for installation. The maximum term is based on the need to still be able to obtain the products. The Agreement has a minimum purchase of 9,000 LED Retrofit packages. AaaNo rights can be derived from this statement in any way. The maximum number of systems that can be purchased is 14,000 units. The maximum value of the Agreement is €5,000,000.
