Description:
Within ProRail, the development towards 'data-driven working' is accompanied by a growing need for advanced analytics (data science and machine learning). Development and management of advanced analytics takes place in so-called domain teams within the various business units. Domain teams are started as soon as an innovative advanced analytics concept has proven itself and upscaling is desired, or if an upscaled initiative needs to be further developed. For the further development and management of advanced analytics, it is desirable to have more expertise from multiple supplierscan involve. The aim of this tender is to conclude a multiple competitive Framework Agreement with four suppliers for requesting these domain teams for the benefit of. the (further) development and management of applications and the provision of advice. ProRail also wishes a long-term (4 to 8 years)) to build partnerships with the suppliers.
