Description: The aim of ProRail is to conclude a new contract with an occupational health and safety service provider to jointly manage the employability of employees, in compliance with the statutory obligations with regard to the working conditions policy. It wishes effective cooperation with a proactive health and safety service provider who agrees with ProRail's visions, particularly with regard to employability and absenteeism that can be influenced, and who helps shape this. The assignment consists of the following parts:
1. a standard absenteeism package for the entire ProRail organization;
2. medical examinations for safety (critical) functions in accordance with the Railways Act;
3. preventive Medical Examination;
4. connect to the existing provider curve of ProRail, whereby for any additional services that ProRail has not itself contracted, the Contractor can at all times make an (improvement) proposal for the implementation of the required intervention.
