Description:
Providing cleaning services and window cleaning for the Museum Quarter in 's-Hertogenbosch. The total floor area to be kept clean is approximately 16,000 m2. The total number of m2 window cleaning, measured on both sides, is approximately 7,000 m2. It concerns a museum quarter consisting of3 buildings that fall under the management of five (5) independently participating Clients (identities): Stichting Design Museum Den Bosch, the Noordbrabants Museum, Erfgoed Brabant, Provincial Depot Soil Finds and Maison van de Boer.
Due to expiring Agreements, the obligation for 2 vof the 5 Principals for the European tendering of the assignment, the efficient spending of public funds and the wish of the Principals to conclude one Agreement with one Contractor for the Principals' buildings, it has been decided to start this Tendering Procedure and thecleaning maintenance and window cleaning services on the market as of June 1, 2023.
