Description: The municipality of Molenlanden is currently using the Decade package for its financial processes. This package was purchased in 2005. Decade has not been maintained for a number of years (end of use), whereby decade will no longer be used from 2024. The aim is to enter into a new agreement as soon as possible. For example, a timely start can be started with an implementation and migration of the system, so there is enough time to run shade for a longer period of time. The approach is to have the package running at the latest on 1 September 2023 so that in the period 1 September 2023 to 31 December 2023 the two packages function next to each other.
As of January 1, 2024, the new package will be fully in use and will also start the duration of the term of the agreement.
