Description:
Taking care of the cleaning services and the window cleaning of 21 locations, spread over 2 plots (plot 1: offices and plot 2: Other).
The total number of floor space to be kept is approximately 18,200. m2. The total number of m2 of window cleaning measured double -sided is approximately 9,200m2.
Because of the expiring agreement, the obligation to tender the European tender, the efficient spending of community funds and the wish of the contracting authority to conclude one agreement with one contractor per parcel for the location (s) of the Client, it has been decidedto start this tender procedure. The contracting authority will enter into an agreement for the Cleaning Maintenance and Grabbing Services services.Glass cleaning of 4 locations (plot 1: offices). The total number of m2 of window cleaning measured double -sided is approximately 4,800 m2.
