- The following components will be included in the assignment scope:
• Delivery and installation of MFPs (hardware and software) incl. the required consumables
(excl. paper);
• Setting up maintenance and service (such as troubleshooting and software updates), this concerns
both the first and seconde line activities;
• Supplying payment system including the financial management of the funds (print credits of students);
• Realizing the integrations included in this specification with the IV facilities of
Client;
• Where possible supplying all associated and logically adjacent service terminationening.
It concerns approximately 92 MFPs.
