- The case law currently has around 1200 (multifunctional) printers. This equipment is usually equipped with a card reader with which the Rijkspas can be read. The control is through our own national network using specific software. The primary processes of case law are gradually digitized. Part of the processes is now digital. That process is gradual and will go through during the term of the present assignment. It is therefore expected that the print need will gradually reduce, but that it will take years for all processes will be completely digital. We want to take this into account as much as possible both during the term of the agreement and the price model. The intention is to lay down the management and control with the tenderer as much as possible by means of a Saas Cloud platform. This will then be fully responsible for being available for printing functionality.
