Current situation
In 2024, the various dike plots were put out to tender via a European tender as a Framework Agreement for Mowing Maintenance of Dike Plots.
At that time there is a framework agreement has been concluded with 1 entrepreneur for the 19 plots per plot. These Framework Agreements have different terms because WSRL intended to integrate the dike plots with the various cutting specifications.
Given the fact that the term of the framework agreements for the plots mentioned in paragraph 1.3.5 expires and cannot be extended and WSRL is not yet ready to integrate the dike plots into the cutting specifications can be achieved, the plots in the Betuwe will be put out to tender again.
The term for the Framework Agreements is for 5 years for the Mowing Maintenance Dike Plots Betuwe.
All agreements will take effect on April 1, 2026 and will terminate by operation of law on December 31, 2030.
