• Description:
• The Hollands Noorderkwartier Water Board (HHNK) is a water board with a number of defined core tasks. These tasks include the management and maintenance of watercourses in urban areas. As a rule, these watercourses are maintained with cutting boats or with moving equipment along the bank. But part of the watercourses are difficult to access for the regular maintenance equipment, it is then watercourses that are shallow and/or very narrow. We are increasingly seeing the limitations for maintaining these difficult -to -access watercourses in urban areas with the usual maintenance equipment. Common remarks are that the regular mowers are too large or too heavy, the lawn is damaged, making the machines (too) much noise, the season is not suitable, et cetera. As a result, the need for an implementation method that meets this has grown with us, but is not yet available on the market and may still have to be developed.
