- The Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) has a program to train young aviators to become operational military helicopter pilots. This training program lacks a proper preparation for mountain flying. To make sure the RNLAF helicopter pilots receive the essential training, this tender requests three types of training: 1. Training course 1: Initial Mountain Flying Pilot course; 2.
