• Description:
• This tender concerns the mobilization of 3FM Serious Request. Mobilization means: broadly inspiring and activating target groups in the Netherlands to independently set up actions and raise money for 3FM Serious Request. The communication is focused and personal, with an emphasis on the host city of the event, but also aimed at the rest of the Netherlands. This is done through contact with municipalities, associations, companies, schools and individual participants, both digitally and on location. Also the giving of guest lessons and coordinating guest lesson volunteers are within the scope. The guest lesson is developed by the charity. Activists are guided and supported by the mobilization team, which, among other things, provides information, support and... offers promotional material. In addition, the team ensures that actions comply with the applicable (Media legal) conditions. The mobilization team is responsible for moderating the Come In Action Platform: the central place where actions are taken registered and where donations can be made. The actions make an essential contribution to fundraising and provide valuable content for the broadcasts. Afterwards, the mobilization team ensures appropriate aftercare, including symbolic care handing over the final amount at the Glass House and the administrative processing of the collected checks. Within the mobilization we use three pillars: Activation, Facilitation, Aftercare
