- The assignment "Mobility Hub WeezenlandNoord" concerns the design and realization of a multi -layered underground parking garage that is being carried out on the east side of the historic city center of Zwolle, partly under the Luttenbergstraat and the parking lot of the province of Overijsel. As partA market consultation of the contract preparation assignment has been organized to test the purchasing strategy, the report of which is available through the assignment in a construction team, through a European public procedure. The construction team cooperation takes place on the basis of aConstruction team agreement based on the DG2020 model. Important aspects in the construction team phase are the joint elaboration of the design, control the (most important) risks and achieving a definitive pricing for the realization agreement based on UAVGC2025.
