Tenders are invited for Navisp-el1-080 Miniaturised Gnss/Lowrf Receiver - Expro+ (Reissue of Ao 1-11794) Many threats can affect the performance of GNSS positioning services, such as, RF interferences, spoofing and meaconing attacks, iono-scintillation, satellite visibility obstruction, etc. Therefore, the need to have a more resilient and robust PNT infrastructure leads to identify alternative, independent positioning systems, able to complement GNSS, and offer high-performance along with an as-much-as-possible extended worldwide coverage. In this context, the enhanced-LORAN (eLORAN) seems to be a good candidate to supplement the GNSS in challenging environments, as it relies on an own independent ground-based infrastructure, able to provide a reliable PNT service via the transmission of high-power, low-frequency signals.Thus, this activity requires to: - review eLoran revamp implementation plans along with previous projects on the subject; - develop and validate a miniaturised integrated GNSS/eLoran PNT receiver suitable for professional, handheld applications.
