Description:
The province of Groningen wants to work towards one coherent CMS platform in which all provincial websites, including De Staat van Groningen (DSVG), are managed, hosted and further developed uniformly. The current fragmented situation with multiple systems and suppliers increases complexity and limits the striking power. For this reason, a phased approach has been chosen: first a controlled migration to one stable environment under the direction of the contractor, then a redesign based on a joint analysis, and ultimately the further integration of DSVG within the provincial web environment. The aim is to make policy goals, implementation and results visible to your own organization and residents in an understandable and coherent manner.
