- As a national monument and collection station, Middelburg station is a unique building with special grandeur. The station with the immediate vicinity is technically and functionally outdated and therefore needs a number of (large) architectural interventions. ProRail and NS Stations are (and remain) joint owners of the Middelburg station and his intentions to make a large investment. The use of the station has changed considerably in the last century. With respect for the past and a thorough approach, we want to give the building a sustainable future again. The intended new program contributes to Mobility, social safety around the station and has added social value for the city of Middelburg. We are looking for a contractor who will perform the renovation as described.
