Description: The water board wishes to place measuring points with soil moisture sensors in several locations in several locations in the coming years, with which measurements of the soil moisture levels can be performed.
Each measuring point must be equipped with in any case the soil moisture sensor itself, a data logger, an independent energy supply in the form of solar panels or a battery or a combination thereof and a telemetry substation. This substation must fully configure and read out from the TMX head of Water Board Aa and Maas.
