- The service includes the following: preparing, installing and carrying out measurements; calculating emissions; displaying these measurement results in dashboards; and the management and maintenance of measuring installations for the continuous measurement of stables in livestock farming for one yearone year. Before completing the measurements, the contractor removes the measuring installation and draws up a final report (according to the measuring instructions) in which the experiences and findings of the measuring period are recorded. In addition, reference measurements are carried out (validation/calibration). All thiss within a term of 18 months. Within this tender, the Province wants to carry out a pilot with continuous measuring and calculating emissions at a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 35 stables.
