- The contracting authority intends to conclude one (1) framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the provision of technical training courses (VTO) for the framework (non -commissioned officers and auxiliary framework) of the Air Forces Command (CLSK) of the Ministry of Defense in the field of Communication and Information Systems (CIS).
The assignment for the training program of the VTO CIS process for non-commissioned and auxiliary framework consists of three separate packages.
With this tender, the contracting authority aims to conclude one framework agreement with one contractor for a Total duration of four years.
