Description:
Taking care of the cleaning and window cleaning of the Marnix Academy. The total amount of floor space is approximately 6,700 m2 for cleaning. The total amount of glass surface, measured on both sides, within this assignment is approximately 6000 m2. Due to the expiring Agreement, the obligation to tender for the Assignment at European level, the efficient use of public funds and the wish of the Contracting Authority to have one Agreement with one Agreement for the Client's location(s), Contractor, it has been decided to start this Tender Procedure. The Contracting Authority will enter into an Agreement for the cleaning, maintenance and window cleaning services as of September 1, 2026. The Agreement is entered into for the maximum duration of seven (7) years, namely a fixed, initial period of three (3) years, of which the first year serves as a probationary period, with the possibility of extension by the Client up to four (4x) one (1) years.
