Description: WFM at KVKWFM is the continuous process that ensures that the right people, at the right time, are working at the right place. The process has 4 parts: Forecasting: For predictability and insight. For flexibility and efficiency. Day control: for optimum deployment capacity and adjustment (within self-organizing teams). Reporting / Analysis: Input for improving the new cycle. In the current situation WFM is not supported with a suitable system, so that the WFM cycle cannot be further developed. All sub-processes are done per department with the help of homemade Excel sheets and templates. This is risky, not flexible, not efficient and is a uniform working method, digitization and cooperation within the aforementioned departments in the way.
